Apartment Suites for Foreign Students & Visitors
Foreign students and visitors can rent on-campus apartment suites which are fully furnished and include one bedroom with balcony, one bathroom and a pantry. TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioning, telephone, cooking gas and broadband internet are provided. Water, electricity and internet bills are NOT included in the monthly rental. Apartment suites are available for rent throughout school terms (typically from Sep-Jan, and March - July) depending on vacancy. Residents are responsible for their own guests, and cleaniess of environment.

Rate: 800RMB per month (excluding water, electricity and internet)
