Relative Responsibilities

The International Cooperation and Exchange Division is an establishment of Suzhou Art & Design Technology Institute, responsible for its international affairs according to the concerned international policies of the state. Functioning as the institute’s window opening to the outside world, it is committed to the supervision and administration of foreign affairs and to the publicity workof the institute. Regular work of this division include the following:

1. Coordinating and managing all international affairs of the institute, such as exchange programs.
2. Implementing international policy education programs, drafting and carrying out concerned regulations.
3. Inviting foreign experts and teachers, planning, arranging and managing cooperation and exchange programs.
4. Managing the reception of visiting lecturers and researchers coming for short-term stay.
5. Running application procedures of international joint research programs and organizing, implementing and making evaluations of them.
6. Running application procedures for passports and visas on behalf of personnel to go abroad.
7. Coordinating affairs of foreign students’ entrance and registration.
8. Establishing and maintaining relations with alumni, experts, scholars, non-regular professors and social celebrity.
9. Carrying out other duties assigned by the leadership of the institute and other leading organizations.
