This program is established to ease the financial burden of the poor students. An approximately 100 in -school positions as well as dozens of out-school posts are provided for students who can hardly afford their tuition. An estimated 100,000 Yuan RMB is assigned by the institute to students as wages for their part-time work per year. The part-time job opportunities provided by the institute and society greatly relieve the economic pressure for the needy students.
